Easy Glaze X-Y Back Bedding Machine
Ramapo’s new E-Z Glaze III retains the best features of previous tables, but has been newly redesigned for easier, more efficient operation.
Standard with the E-Z Glaze III is a 48” x 80” maximum glazing area, which is large enough to accommodate a patio door. Minimum area is 12” x 12”.
Operator comfort and safety has been improved
by the addition of an
“
Opto-Touch Cycle Switch”. The
switch is ergonomically designed to eliminate hand, wrist and arm
stress associated with repeated switch operation.
An optical laser-sensing unit detects sash accurately regardless of sash colors.
To save time the table top rails are designed to accept sash easily without time consuming adjustments.
The standard frame clearance has been heightened to 5” versus 4” for competitive tables. This allows easy clearance of sash and frames.
