All
of our profiles are induction welded during the roll forming process.
This provides the stability needed to eliminate twisting or other distortions
that can occur when assembling your windows. Welded muntin also prevents
splitting over endpins or dark voids next to notches. It is no longer
necessary to orient the finished grid assembly in your windows to hide
the seam as with standard muntins.
Our decorative products are then painted with a scratch resistant powder coat process. This provides a hard surface that allows you to say goodbye to scratched material or the need for solvent based touch up paints. This means less material for the scrap bin.
