Hot Melt Extruders

Features include a pre-start programmable timer which makes sure that the machine is always ready for production. Sealant extrusion rates vary per machine and are listed below. Heated zones are monitored by four programmable temperature controllers, giving the operator constant visual status of the machine's operating temperature.
Other features include easy-to-set trip switches instead of fuses, and an over and under temperature warning system with visual and audio alarms.
The
hoppers have a capacity that ranges from 5 - 15 gallons and takes all of
the standard size chunks. A sturdy metal coil on the outside of the heated
hose
and internally braided pipe protects the hose from busy factory use.
A specially designed low pressure trigger is built into the heated gun trigger is built into the heated gun trigger. The body of the gun is manufactured from cool touch plastic, making it more comfortable for the operator. A swivel in the heated gun prevents the electrical cables from being pulled out of the gun during normal operation.
